Goal and foundation for processing personal data.

Inclusion International, resident Burgemeester Joostenlaan 1a 6019 BX , Wessem (Netherlands) processes personal data with permission of the person involved and/or to execute the contract with the client including execution of related legal requirements.

 

The following personal data will be processed by Inclusion International:

* First and second name,  title, gender, date of birth

* Address

* Phone number and email addresses

* Bank account data

* All other relevant data shared with the client or owner of the contract

 

These data will be used for:

* Processing invoices and payments

* To facilitate contact with the client to offer services and organise the execution of the contract including setting appointments

* To complete the coaching hours log-files for certification with the International Coaching Federation

* To facilitate sending newsletters, special offers and information by email.

Automated decision making

No automated decision making will be used or supported.

Storage time limit

All personal data will not be kept stored as strictly necessary according legal requirements including tax-law regulations. Personal data obtained for the execution of the contract including coaching will be stored no longer than 7 years after completing the contract or coaching.

Sharing information with third parties

Inclusion International does not and will not sell any data to third parties and will only share personal data with third parties when requested because of legal requirements including tax regulations.

In line with what is strictly necessary according requirements and in line with the legal guidelines and the ICF  ethical, personal data might be shared with International Coaching Federation for the certification and accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.

When requested by you we will take care of transfer of your personal data to a third party.

Your privacy rights

For consideration and inspection you are entitled to have access to your personal data and to request correction or deletion of them. You can also appeal against the usage of your personal data. If you wish to know what personal data Inclusion International has filed and processed you can file a written request for access to these data. This request will be processed within 4 weeks. You can file your request with:  maudhalkes@inclusioninternational.eu.
